Apexls Ledman 3rd Generation of COB Technology
We have developed hundreds of products based on COB patent technique, and COB encapsulation with LEDS & ICS in 1 PCB is the key of COB patent technique.
Compared with traditional dot matrix ,DIP and SMD, Ledman COB LED display stand for its significant advantages:
1. A new breakthrough revolution
2. Resist high pressure, posses anti-collision feature
3. Stable.
-no longer using frame and leg, which may be the cause of bulb failure thus COB encapsulation served as a much better protector and lower bulb failure rate
4. Excellence heat dissipation
- Such encapsulation directly encapsulate the chip on PCB board, with such a wide PCB board contact, heat easily dissipated and lengthen the lifespan of led display
5. Broad and wide view angle
≥170 degree

7. From "dot" to “surface" view
- Dot by dot and on site calibration up to 97%
